Electronic Health Record University (EHRu) Workshop

August 12, 2025 to August 15, 2025

This interactive workshop is designed to equip participants with the tools and strategies necessary to strengthen their organizational infrastructure and adapt to change effectively. The event brings together support teams specializing in end-user engagement, health informatics, enterprise coordination, standards and workflows, technology management, and clinical health informatics. Attendees will engage in discussions and interactive activities focused on enterprise solutions, workflow analysis, and training methodologies to enhance system readiness and operational resilience.

Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for physicians, nurses, health information professionals, and healthcare executives. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

Learning Objectives

  1. Identify existing learning tools and resources available in current roles, and effectively navigate tools to recognize complications, monitor compliance, and track key performance indicators.
  2. Break down compliance and communication-based problems using case scenarios.
  3. Apply troubleshooting steps and utilize competency checklists to identify knowledge gaps in end users.
  4. Explore and discuss best practices from various sites through ISC-led panel discussions, breakouts, and capstone sessions with the aim of analyzing scalable solutions.
