Dietary Supplements and Operation Supplement Safety
Program Description:
Although registered dietitians are nutrition experts, keeping up with the dietary supplement industry is a challenge. The same holds true for allied healthcare professionals. This presentation sets a foundation for understanding key topics related to dietary supplements, including labeling, high-risk dietary supplements, and the potential for adverse events or reactions from dietary supplements.
