DHA-US334 VA DoD Healthcare Provider CPG/Clinical Support Tool Training: Treatment of PTSD and ASD

The current course content is based on the 2017 PTSD Clinical Practice Guideline. This course is currently being updated to reflect the content in the 2023 PTSD Clinical Practice Guideline. The new courses should be available in JKO in the winter or spring of 2024.

1. Identify the key considerations and recommended steps for the treatment of PTSD and PTSD with co-occurring conditions. 

2. Summarize VA/DoD-recommendations for psychotherapies, pharmacotherapies, and other treatments for PTSD. 

3. Describe available VA/DoD clinical support resources for use when caring for patients with PTSD.
