Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for physicians, nurses, dentists, and healthcare executives. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

- Differentiate key responsibilities of the CMO/CNO/CDO at Defense Health Agency Headquarters (DHA HQ), DHNs, and Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs).
- Identify areas for improved communication between CMOs/CNOs/CDOs.
- Describe bi-directional communication flow between CMOs/CNOs/CDOs at DHA HQ, DNHs, and MTFs.
- Explain the quality care metrics that drive the DHN/MTF practices.
- Evaluate healthcare operations metrics driving DHN/MTF business rules.
- Comprehend and evaluate financial management of the DHN/MTF.
- Summarize the mission, vision, and priorities of the DHA.

Participants in this program who wish to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit must self-report their participation. In support of improving patient care, DHA, J-7, CEPO is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the health care team. This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 14.75 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credits for learning and change.
