Defense Health Agency Facility Manager Training Summit - December 2023

Program Description

This training will support facility operations across DHA's Facilities Enterprise, while providing clear guidance on the execution of Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) within the Defense Health Program (DHP) budget, provide a necessary platform to develop a shared understanding of the changes occurring within the Military Health System (MHS), and how DHA is structured to support MTFs.

Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for healthcare executives. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

Learning Objectives

  1. Identify clear guidance on the importance of achieving on-going Accreditation & Compliance for MTFs.
  2. Comprehend how DHA is structured to support and provide efficient services to assist MTFs with Accreditation & Compliance surveys.
  3. Develop a shared understanding of the changes occurring within the financial landscape of Military Health System (MHS).

  • 17.75 Healthcare Executives (ACHE)
    By attending this program offered by DHA, J-7, CEPO, participants may earn up to 17.75 American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Qualified Education hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation. Participants in this program who wish to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit must self-report their participation. To self-report, participants must log into their MyACHE account and select ACHE Qualified Education Credit.
