Internal Behavioral Health Consultant (IBHC) - Pain and Sleep

Target Audience

This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of psychologists and social workers who support/ care for U.S. active-duty service members, reservists, National Guardsmen, military veterans and their families.

  1. Identify the frequency with which pain and sleep problems co-occur.
  2. Describe evidence-based strategies in working with patients with comorbid pain and sleep concerns.
  3. Apply evidence-based strategies for comorbid sleep and pain concerns to discussion of case-based clinical scenarios.

    Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP).
