Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for physicians, social workers, psychologists and certified counselors. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

  1. Communicate how to build and sustain a Navy coaching culture by performing the core coaching skills learned.
  2. Identify key components to starting a “coach like” conversation.
  3. Differentiate between coaching, mentorship and therapy.
