  4. Breakdown the NCM’s role in with respect to PHAs.
  5. Explain the purpose of the VA Liaison program.
  6. Examine goals of the VA liaison program.
  7. List at least three things VA can provide to AD SM prior to discharge from active duty.
  8. Summarize CCM Coding Background.
  9. Analyze and comprehend Coding for Patients opened and not opened in CCM.
  10. Describe CCM coding.
