Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for physicians, physician assistants and nurses. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

Learning Objectives

  1. Explain the role of the uniformed clinician within a deployed military unit in order to assess students' performance in a simulated deployed environment.
  2. Discuss the simulated combat environment, including the operational problems that will be faced by students in their simulated Bushmaster roles.
  3. Analyze the simulated combat scenario in order to interpret the correct actions by the students in their Bushmaster roles.

    DHA J-7 CEPO has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 7.75 hours of AAPA Category 1 CME credits. Physician assistants should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

    DHA J-7 CEPO is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing education.
