Target Audience

Learning Objectives

  1. Describe benign tumors of bone including aggressiveness and clinical behavior,
  2. Outline the broad spectrum of treatment from observation complete excision followed by complex reconstruction.
  3. Summarize lesions that possess the potential for malignant transformation followed by metastasis and represent the most serious type of benign bone lesion.
  4. Outline physical exam, nomenclature, staging, and treatment.
