Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians across the Military Health System (MHS). A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.
Learning Objectives
- Explain the current scenarios involved in Virtual Health Coding.
- Explain the documentation of late entries in the medical record.
- Describe clinical pharmacy documentation of care for complex patient cases.
- Critique a case demonstrating the impact of multiple procedure codes occurring during a singular visit.
- Name additional resources that may be referenced when coding patient encounters.
