Target Audience
Military and civilian Behavioral Health leaders at the Clinic, MTF, DHN, and HQ levels across the enterprise. Includes program managers, senior enlisted leaders, group practice managers.
Learning Objectives
- Identify guidance that drives and supports DHA Behavioral Health programs and initiatives
- Understand how to improve patient access and outcomes through implementation of evidence-based practices and processes
- Analyze and optimize MTF processes using specialized management tools and lessons learned
- Develop strategies to maximize MTF resources to extend the work of providers and bridge gaps in care
- Apply strategic vision and mission objectives to enhance clinical outcomes, operational readiness and the delivery of integrated Behavioral Health care across the Military Health System
