This course will review how to apply a systematic approach to strabismus patients based on the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Learning Objectives

  1.  Apply a systematic approach the strabismus patient which follows the American Academy of Ophthalmology’s Adult Strabismus, and Esotropia and Exotropia Preferred Practice Patterns
  2.  Understand the commonly used strabismus terms and diagnostic techniques.
  3.  Summarize the differential diagnosis to create an initial medical and surgical treatment plan for strabismus patients.
