- Integrate evidence-based lifestyle interventions into the treatment plan for patients with metabolic health concerns.
- Develop pharmacotherapy treatment plans targeting obesity phenotypes.
- Differentiate normal variants of growth from pathologic short statures.
- Construct an approach to weight principles when making treatment decisions.
- Utilize online tools like bilirubin calculator and medically oriented Artificial Intelligence to save time.
- Review developmental implications of common newborn findings.
- Increase comfort with medication management for ADHD, including both stimulant and non-stimulant options.
- Formulate a therapy and education plan for a child with ASD and how to assist families in forging a partnership with schools to address arising behavioral issues in their children with this diagnosis.
- List validated diagnostic tools for common behavioral health diagnoses (depression, anxiety, ADHD).
- Utilize a framework of a military mind-set that can facilitate military parents adopting a strategic plan to organize their parenting efforts.
- Outline common treatment modalities for adolescent and young adult females with heavy menstrual bleeding.
- Identify the necessary pre-transfusion modifications required during non-emergent transfusions.

- Incorporate evidence-based lifestyle interventions into the treatment plan for patients with metabolic health concerns.
- Integrate strategies to approach developmental delays in clinical practice.
- Recognize updated clinical practice guidelines in pediatric asthma, ear tubes, bilirubin, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) prevention.
- Describe issues faced by transgender patients upon return to the US.
- Review gender-affirming treatment options within the military health system (MHS).
