Program Description
This session will introduce attendees to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) FY22‐ 26 Campaign Plan, which is the compass for driving us toward an integrated, highly reliable system of medical training, readiness, and health. This session will review the background, content, development of, and performance implications of the Campaign Plan.
Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for physicians, nurses, dentists, psychologists, and healthcare executives. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.
Learning Objectives
- Describe the intent of the DHA FY22‐26 Campaign Plan, the DHA strategic priorities, and the eight strategic initiatives.
- Discuss how the FY22‐26 Campaign Plan will be measured across the headquarters (HQ), Markets, and MTFs through strategic and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Discuss how the FY22‐26 Campaign Plan will be measured across the HQ, Markets, and MTFs through strategic and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Explain how DHA will integrate the Campaign Plan with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution cycle and Quadruple Aim Performance Process to manage enterprise performance across multiple levels of the Agency.
- Know how the DHA Campaign Plan will be refreshed annually to ensure alignment between the Agency’s strategic priorities and external requirements.
