Program Description
A review of the strategy and direction (and mission, vision, and consolidated readiness function) of the NPAB and an examination of its evolution throughout 2020 and 2021 activities and initiatives
Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.
Learning Objectives
- Review the strategy and direction of the NPAB by examining the evolution of the NPAB throughout 2020 and 2021 activities and initiatives
- Discuss how the aligned mission and vision between Navy Pharmacy and Navy Medicine positively impacts the overall Navy mission
- Examine the consolidated readiness function and how it relates to healthcare delivery and readiness reporting
- Describe Navy Pharmacy’s priorities of a Medically Ready Force to increase survivability in the new operating environment and of a Ready Medical Force that is manned, trained, and equipped to meet the mission

This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 1.50 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credits for learning and change.
