Ms. Connie Morrow is a Masters prepared educator and the Training Program Administrator for the Diabetes Center of Excellence (DCOE) Outreach division. She has worked in and supported the DCOE at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center at JBSA-Lackland AFB for 9 years. Ms. Morrow has over 21 years health care staff development experience and is an SME in adult education and training, including online learning and online course design and development.
