Dr. Julie Kinn leads Patient Safety Solutions within the Clinical Quality Management (CQM) Patient Safety Program. Dr. Kinn is a clinical and research psychologist specializing in the use of health technology to improve patient outcomes. She has worked in the Department of Defense since 2009. Dr. Kinn has unique expertise in User Experience and Usability (UX); podcasting and new media; and statistics and measurement.
