This training will support facility operations across the enterprise, while providing clear guidance on the effective use of DMLSS data, how to effectively develop a requirements package and scope of work, effectively implement a six-step problem solving approach, and provide a necessary platform to develop a shared understanding of the changes occurring within the Military Health System (MHS).

Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for healthcare executives across the Military Health System (MHS). A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.
