DHA Lean Leader - 2026

This training course provides an in-depth study of the 8-step Practical Problem Solving (PPS) method and the A3. Students will learn and be able to demonstrate how to apply Lean to a practical exercise through the 8 steps. Skills learned during this course are critical to building a culture of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI).
