Defense Centers for Public Health-Aberdeen (DCPH-A) and DHA Chief Nurse Officer Public Health (CNO PH) collaborated to offer enriching learning activities designed to advance collaboration, innovation, and readiness for all services and transform nursing practices for the future public health needs that transcend across PH nursing. At the completion of this enduring activity, clinicians will be able to identify and differentiate between various stakeholders, including community organizations, other healthcare providers, and local government agencies to utilize collaborative approaches to address complex community health challenges and improve population health outcomes.
