Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH): Behavioral Health Leader Best Practices

Behavioral Health leaders will learn key features of evidence-based models for the integration of behavioral health personnel into DHA primary care clinics to enhance team-based care. The Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) and Care Management (CM) models of integration will be discussed, with emphasis on leader best practices in the management of PCBH personnel and programs. PCBH policy, program realignment, hiring guidance, and data-driven program management and evaluation will be discussed.
