MEDCoE: Combat and Operational Stress Control JAN 2026
The Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) is conducting a Combat and Operational Stress Control (COSC) Course in Fort Cavazos, Texas. The course is open to all uniformed behavioral health (BH), occupational therapist (OT), and Unit Ministry Team (UMT) providers and technicians within the Department of War (DOW) to increase awareness, share best practices and enhance collaboration on COSC matters impacting readiness for large scale combat operations (LSCO). The vision of this course is to create a collaborative learning environment and opportunity for uniformed providers and technicians to increase interoperability on COSC warfighter support functions that results in increased dialogue, collaboration, and application of COSC interventions impacting service members.
Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for physicians, nurses, physician associates/physician assistants, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, and certified counselors. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.
How to claim CE/CME credit
Credits are awarded by session. Enter the access code, then proceed to enroll in the event. Once enrolled, click on a session you attended and proceed to take the evaluation and posttest to claim your certificate. Evaluations open immediately after each session ends. You have until Feb 13, 2026 to claim credit.
