MAMC Pharmacy Series Home Study: Menopause

This asynchronous/home study will address “Menopause” basics for pharmacists.

Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

Learning Objectives

  1. Explain the female reproductive life cycle.
  2. Describe the role of the provider in the treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) and vulvovaginal atrophy (VVA).
  3. Identify therapies available for treatment of GSM and VVA.
  4. Outline current guidelines for treatment of menopause symptoms.
