Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for registered dieticians and dietetic technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

Learning Objectives

  1. Summarize CBRN threats to subsistence (food) as it relates to nutrition mission.
  2. Identify CBRN contamination challenges on food.
  3. Review planning considerations to ensure avoidance, detection and decontamination that can be accomplished to ensure nutritional feeding mission.
  4. Discuss food decontamination groups to assess continued mission capabilities.
