Program Description:
This course is a Tri-Service event designed for first-time clinical supervisors. The course provides learners with the administrative tools required to successfully manage their clinical areas. Attendees benefit from group interactions and panel discussions, which allow the clinicians to ask direct questions and receive first-hand answers regarding management tools and practices that impact or have the potential to impact the military healthcare management arena. Discussion topics include:

Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, physician associates/physician assistants, dentists and healthcare executives. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 21.25 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credits for learning and change.
Requirements: CE/CME certificates are awarded to participants who fully complete the activity, successfully submit the evaluation survey, and pass the posttest. The deadline to claim credit is May 30, 2025.
