Learning Objectives

  1. Describe Defense Centers for Public Health Dayton/USAF School of Aerospace Medicine’s Epidemiology Consult Service’s feasibility assessment process so Military Health System uses can demonstrate the limitations of cluster investigations in general.
  2. Evaluate Defense Centers for Public Health Dayton/USAF School of Aerospace Medicine’s Epidemiology Consult Service’s resource constraints so Military Health System users can better advocate and educate on installation level cancer concerns.
  3. Identify some common pathways that zoonotic and vector-borne diseases emerge different types of emerging vector-borne and zoonotic disease threats.
  4. Recognize MilDep public health priorities.
