2025 Air Force Mental Health Leadership and Readiness Symposium
Program Description:
With a focus on medical readiness in the Air Force Medical Service, Department of the Air Force Mental Health Leadership will host an in-person skills training symposium 3-7 March 2025 in Orlando Florida. This course is for Air Force's new and existing Mental Health Flight leaders (Flight Commanders and Flight Chiefs), Mental Health MAJCOM Functional Managers and Behavioral Health Consultants, and Mental Health Training Directors across the Air Force. The training is designed to be an interactive and hands-on training that includes robust discussions and focuses on enhancement of leadership skills and clinical readiness across 76 clinics.
Target Audience
This course provides continuing education for physicians, nurses, psychologists, social workers, and certified counselors. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.
