- Summarize Public Health / Preventive Medicine management and outcomes for Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) patients newly diagnosed and those with Exception to Policy for Outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS) permanent change of station (PCS)/temporary duty (TDY)/Deployment.
- Identify healthcare limitations and HIV serology testing offered at OCONUS duty locations.
- Explore Army Regulation (AR) 600-110, Identification, Surveillance, and Administration of Personnel Infected with Human Immunodeficiency Virus.
