- Discuss the history of the Department of Defense (DoD) relationship with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the use of investigational products and future medical product development.
- Analyze the basic elements of Public Law (PL) 115-92 as it relates to the expansion of the DoD’s emergency use authorization provisions and the enhanced engagement relationship with FDA.
- Comprehend the impact of PL 115-92 on DoD medical product development and opportunities for continued innovation.
