J.C. Sarver is currently assigned as Program Manager for Outpatient Behavior Health Program for the DHA BHCMT at The Garcia Federal Bldg. in San Antonio, TX. He has 17 years of experience working in the Defense Health Agency and United States Army Medical Command as a DA Civilian. He also has served as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the United States Army with a Bachelor’s in Health Science.

J.C. has experience as a Lead Decision Science Analyst for Army Medical Command Program Analysis and Evaluation with dedicated support to behavior health service line, Group Practice Manager of a Primary Care Department and Chief, PA&E at the MTF Level. He joined the DHA BHCMT staff in 2019, and has been a part of the Behavior Health Clinical Management Team since joining.
