LCDR Valerie S. Vaughan is a pharmacist officer in the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS). She currently serves as a Team Leader in the Division of Medication Error Prevention and Analysis1 (DMEPA 1) within the Office of Medication Error Prevention and Risk Mitigation (OMEPRM) and Office of Surveillance and Epidemiology (OSE) for the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
