Matthew Diotte, P.A.-C., Dip A.C.L.M.

Army Capt. Matthew Diotte is currently completing his second assignment in the Air Force Medical Service at the 10th Medical Group/Healthcare Operations Squadron (HCOS) Family Health Clinic at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado. He practices in the Primary Care Clinic by ensuring safe and trusted healthcare for all our Department of Defense beneficiaries.
Capt. Diotte attended the University of Denver on a full swimming scholarship with a Bachelor of Science focus. He went on to complete his Bachelor of Science and Master’s degree through the military sponsored Interservice Physician Assistant Program (IPAP) in Jan 2019. He is now certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds a specialist certification as a Diplomate for the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (Dip A.C.L.M.). Capt Diotte fulfills his duties as a primary care manager (PCM) assigned to the 10th Medical Group, United States Air Force Academy, as well as providing Lifestyle Medicine care to qualifying patients.
