Carlotta Davis MSN, RN has been a registered nurse for 13 years, currently residing in San Antonio, Texas, and works at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC). She graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, Scott and White School of Nursing with her Bachelors in Nursing Science in May of 2008. She has worked as an Emergency Room Nurse at Metroplex (Adventist) Hospital, Case Manager with Odyssey Hospice, and an Ambulatory Care Clinical Nurse/Nurse Educator with the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC) in the Department of Family and Community Medicine (DFCM). During her role as a Nurse Educator at Thomas Moore Health Clinic in DFCM she was encouraged by a fellow co-worker/friend and her Clinical Nurse Officer in Charge (CNOIC) to pursue her Master’s in Nursing Education. She applied and was accepted to Texas A&M Corpus Christi and graduated in May of 2015 with her MSN. That same month she applied and was hired at BAMC as a Nurse Educator in the Department of Hospital Education and Training as a consultant and educator for the organization
