Ricardo Cisneros is the Division Chief, Systems at HQ, MEDCOM, for the Readiness Analytics Directorate (RAD), his primary focus is to led a group of analyst to develop, automate and sustain analytic products and platforms for their customer base in support of The Army Surgeon General's vision of providing a Ready Medical Force, sustaining a Medically Ready Force and achieving other Army goals. Mr. Cisneros’s 30 plus years of experience have included Lead Senior Decision Science Analyst for Army Virtual Health 2019-2021, Decision Science Analyst for Army Pharmacy Service Line 2016-2019, Pharmacy Informatics and Pharmacy Technician at William Beaumont AMC from 1996 to 2016. Previously he served in the US Army as a Pharmacy Specialist from 1987 to 1993, assigned to Tripler AMC, Honolulu, HI and Silias B. Hayes ACH, Ft Ord, CA. He is a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, and a Certified Pharmacy Technician with Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). He is a member of American Telemedicine Association (ATA), Association of the United States Army (AUSA), and Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS). He has been involved with Mothers Against Drunk Drivers (MADD) since 2015, when both of his sons were killed by a drunk driver on Christmas Eve 2014
