Air Force Lt. Col. Laura Haver has served on active duty as an Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) and also as a Traditional Reservist (TR). She has deployed four times: once to Balad, Iraq and New York City, New York, and twice to Bagram, Afghanistan. Air Force Lt. Col. Haver previously served as the program manager for the medical branch of the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) in the Exceptional Family Member Program. She is currently the Chief Nurse for the 349th Aeromedical Staging Squadron (ASTS) at Travis Air Force Base in California. Her background is medical/surgical nursing. She had taught in a Bachelor of Science nursing program and also works as a hospice nurse.
