Capt Matthew Scott is a 2nd year Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics  Fellow. Capt Scott completed medical school at the University of Texas  Medical School at Houston and General Pediatrics Residency at Naval Medical  Center Portsmouth in Virginia. He is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics  for Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
