Program Description: This will be the third event of the LTC Juanita Warman Quarterly Nursing Grand Rounds. This event started as a Unit Practice Council initiative and was initially conducted as an annual conference. The decision to move from a one-day conference to quarterly grand rounds was made to meet the needs of the organization. Program Description: Military Treatment Facility clinic-level staff responsible for overall clinic operations and management, especially Primary Care, PCMH clinics. This course is designed at the clinic-level to relate sound strategies to assist clinic leaders in their management journey according to the latest policies and guidance from the Defense Health Agency (DHA).
