Program Description:
This activity is a part of the Womack Army Medical Center Pharmacy Monthly Training Series. This iteration will discuss prevention strategies to reduce medication errors.
Target Audience
This activity provides continuing education for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.

- Differentiate between active and latent failures.
- Categorize medication errors using the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS).
