Program Description: 

This course outlines the concepts of Ready Reliable Care (RRC) and high reliability organizations. It provides the rationale and process by which RRC builds on and unifies Service Medical Departments' high reliability efforts. The comprehensive slide deck supplemented with external references is geared toward driving unified progress and maturation of MHS high reliability capabilities.

Target Audience

This activity provides continuing education for physicians, nurses, physician associates/physician assistants, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, social workers, psychologists, and healthcare executives. A certificate of attendance is available for other attendees.
