How to use this survey:

1. Collect your data using the Libraries_FY24Report_Worksheet prior to entering it into this online survey. The worksheet provides guidance on answering the questions. Each question in the worksheet has a corresponding question in this online survey. Transfer your collected data to the corresponding question in this online survey.
2. Read all questions under a topic before beginning to compile and enter the data.
3. All questions pertain to FY24 (1 October 2023 - 30 September 2024). If the answer to a question would vary over the course of the year, answer the question as of the status on 30 September 2024.
