The LOA can be accessed from the "Cross-Org LOA" drop-down in the Accounting section of your order. When signing the authorization and voucher, please select "BUSOPS V2" routing list. Things to know: When a command X-org funds their LOA to another command/organization, the funding organization's routing list must be selected for the AO of the funding organization to approve the traveler's document. Please be advised that travel advances are not authorized. Be sure to add a trip description, estimated expenses, and upload a copy of the email you received titled, "SYMPOSIUM INVITATION CROSS ORG." Please ensure you follow policy and submit vouchers within 5 working days after returning to the PDS. For additional guidance on entering the LOA, please refer to the FAQ Guide below.

Only CORE 15 Directors/SELs and DHN Directors/SELs/CMOs/COOs are expected to attend in person and will be authorized to use the J7 LOA. If you are attending in person and need to request DHHQ building access, please submit a VMS form in addition to this registration form (you will receive confirmation of building access approval from VMS via email 24-48 hours prior to the event). If you are unable to attend in person, you may send a representative. If you indicate that you cannot attend, you will be asked to provide your representative’s contact information so that we can update our records and authorize the LOA.
