CAPT Joy Mobley is a clinical psychologist with over 18 years combined Service in the U.S. Army and U.S. Public Health Service, Commissioned Corps. She is an experienced military clinician with advanced knowledge of federal grants management, research oversight and graduate medical education and training. She currently serves as a Senior Scientist with Defense Health Headquarters, Research and Engineering Directorate, Clinical Investigations Program Office. In this role, she advances clinical research and health initiatives, leveraging her extensive experience to improve outcomes for service members.
