Mr. Jeremiah Kelly is a practicing Attorney who previously served as the Chief of the FDA Regulatory Law Division in the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (JAG) and the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC). He has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law, a Master of Public Policy from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from McDaniel College.
